Make a Good website and promote different albums from Amazon and e-bay as affiliate..
On the left or right hand side, you can write good articles about how to become a music pro or something about musical instruments like saxophones, guitar, guitar chords...

Create a couple of polls on your website to engage people on your website.
Offer a couple of free consulting and then charge people who want more consultation on anything related to music ..

It's good that you have already a niche ready for everything. Just focus on it and apply methods that are right for your niche.

Question for all Warriors: would it be a good idea to start a music blog? I have studied music all my life and feel like I could create great content for a site like this. Would it be best to focus on one specific topic of music or provide tutorials for newbies, reviews, personal articles, and try to create one site focusing on as much content as possible. Is this a profitable niche?

I am a little bit weary about trying to start a website that is only focused on creating a little content to monetize that select few that are naive enough to purchase through my website.

My first marketed website is focused towards internet marketing and it is generating a little bit of money, but I feel that in order to be successful I would need to have many websites of this caliber to profit well. I am not interested with providing bad content as you can see. If I can profit from a website, I really want to have great information, not providing just sales letters.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!
MUSIC is always a wonderful thing. A blog about music? That would be the best thing ever! I like the way you're thinking, creating something out of your passion? I am impressed! You should start doing it. I have a hunch that you'd get successful. However, focusing on a specific topic or music does not really sound good to me. I think you have to make sure that your music should be versatile; from underground to mainstream, old school to latest hits.

If you're worrying about the content, just make sure it's interesting enough to get attention no matter how little it is.

    Those are only my suggestions.

I think it depends on the direction you take with your blog.

Selling CD's is probably not going to get it done for several reasons; they are inexpensive so you will not get high commissions and more and more people are doing digital downloads which pay peanuts.

In addition you have to be very careful about music on your blog. Google has slapped many music blogs with DMCA notices.

So then there are products. You could compare and sell guitars or other musical instruments which have a higher price point. You would have to check out the competition and see what you can do here.

It may be worth your time to take a look at Flippa (google past auctions also) and see what has worked as far as music blogs go - look at the stats etc.
