Legal Advice, Tax Issues And Other Mysterious Topics.

Hey guys,

I am adding some final touches to my first product (did my final expert interview 3 minutes ago) and I've started to think about how I will launch my product and how I will run my business.

I've been doing CPA and a little bit of affiliate marketing for about ~14 months and I've never thought about any legal issues.

Today at school, during my business studies lesson my teacher had mentioned some really interesting things about the people who run businesses unofficially and who don't pay taxes.

Because I am about to launch my first product, I became concerned... I would like to find out what do you need to do in order to make everything run smoothly? If you'll be selling info products do you need to set up a limited company or what? I don't know anything about this subject.

I've just turned 18 and I've been living in England for almost three years now and I want to make sure that I do everything correctly, because I don't want to have any trouble with the authorities. I love this country!

For people who are already selling their products, what documents did you have to acquire?

Sorry for this long question, sorry for my english and please give me some advice - I really want to know what do I need to do.

P.S. I've talked to my business studies teacher about this issue after the lesson and he recommended to talk to the people from The Princes Trust or Business Link. Do you think thats a good idea? I won't be selling offline, so I thought they won't be able to give the right advice.
