Famous IM'er on HGTV's House Hunters

I was watching HGTV last night (while quilting ) and saw a familiar face on the TV show house hunters.

Jermaine Griggs was buying a house in So. California. I'm not sure if he is considered a totally famous marketer, but his success story was all over Corey Rudl's products so he became pretty familiar to me. I think he released something a couple years ago as well.

He ended up buying a house for $1.5M so he must be doing well. He seems like a really nice guy.

Check it out if you get a chance..I think it's a newer one.
