Good return on investment?

I was wondering if a website getting 210 searches per month would be worthy enough to be built, if you have an affiliate program that pays $45 per product sale?

    IMHO... no.

If there are only 210 searches, even if you rank #1 in every search engine you won't get all the traffic. Of course you will pick up traffic from other organic searches you can't account for... that's particularly low.

Then of the visitors you get how many will stay on your site, click on your affiliate link and then buy?

    Probably not too many.

What I like to do, is send a small amount of paid traffic to my site to get a conversion ratio for that keyword and site. If I am not converting 1 in 100, I tweak, I shoot for about 1 in 60-80, and I am happy with that. I find a keyword that converts, and my page is converting to my liking, then I attack the SEO part.

So, 200 a month, as the previous guys said not all of those would click on your site. You would be lucky to get one conversion a month. You need more traffic. It's a pure numbers game. Look for other keywords similar with more traffic you can target, and make that a "supporting" keyword?
