Is there a WP plugin to hyperlink tags?

I have a huge site which is no longer useful except as a link feeder to my money site. It's on a completely different subject to my money site so I had the idea to use it as a link farm. I used Simple tags to manually add 3 relevant keywords to every post, then SEO Smart link to try to make each of those keywords link to my external URL. But it's not linking from the tags...

Is there any way in WP to automatically hyperlink tags to an external URL? Would really appreciate some help from my fellow warriors... it's been a long day and I can't figure this one...

    If the tags are all linked like yoursite.com/tag/whatever-the-tag-is then you could just create a 301 redirect so that anything starting with yoursite.com/tag/ redirects directly yourothersite.com
