Site Flipping OFFLINE
I have read so many threads about site flipping but has anybody thought about site flipping in your own community ?
I bet the price will be alot higher in the real world becuase people can relate to it,they can imagine owning that web address and showing it off to thier friends abit like a private number plate.
think of how many buiness are in one place think who wants to own it i bet if you invited people to an online auction to buy the name you would do ok.
Send 100 sales letters to local biz members and say the first one to buy at xyz gets the site address.
make a mock site using wptube and wpansers paint the picture on how the website can be for them make them want it.
You can make a site look busy in one day
biulders plummers joiners carshowrooms all need something new to attract customers.
I would love to brain storm this thread and watch some do an offline trial
