Does anyone have thoughts on how this can be legal and ok?
The software can text any cell phone that is attached to an email.
Allegedly all text come with unsubscribe after the cell phone
owner hits that.
Can this be legal as no one has opted in to get the texts?
We are allowed to randomly send a text to any cell phone with any
message. We can pick and choose which phone numbers via area code
and the first 3 prefix to them.
So how legal do you view this and what would be the repercussions if a customer from the business we sent the text for decided to sue on some basis?
