email list and cpa offers

Basic question about getting emails from users, to add to a mailing list and cpa offers. Is it frowned upon to get an email and automatically pass it to a CPA offer. I.E. user submits email to get on mailing list and then you pass the email to your CPA offer which requires the email. Thanks

    I don't believe you can sign people up for a CPA offer. They have to do it. Is that what you are asking? If not, I'm misunderstanding and maybe others don't get it either (no responses yet) so you might want to re-phrase it?

    If it's against the terms of the CPA network you are using then its a definite NO-NO.

      That's want I meant, so basically it's against the TOS.

        Yes; it will rightly and understandably be against the TOS of all possible CPA offers, I hope.

    I have a really radical idea - have you ever considered actually reading the Terms of Services, rules, guidance etc of any CPA offers you might be thinking of promoting?
