Site Idea - Promoting for LOW costs.

hello i have an idea for a site that will only advertise things.
In order to start it , i would prefer to have some people to actually advertise...

I will create the site after i have 10 people/things to advertise about.
So i am giving away for free those ten (premium -they will remain head first at the site for ever till someone outbits them*) slots.

the site will have 3 categories the 1euro-1.5$ section
the 2euro -4$ section
and the 4euro(premium)-6$ section

the higher the price the more visible your add/text/whatever will be.

So 10 people just tell me to advertise for them and will start up the site


* the system will work that if the site gets popular the future person will be able to give more money if they wish so their add will appear in front.
** dont have the current knowledge in currency difference so will update.

    Ok... wait a minute. What exactly is your traffic generation model look like? You can ONLY charge people for advertising if there are eye balls viewing those ads--preferably ads that are related to the content on said platform.

    You going to create a site that advertises things? And doesn't offer any value to a site visitor? Am I missing something here...?

    the adds will be in categories so for example e-books will go to ebooks category. the value to the visitor will be to see the adds yes but the adds that he wants to see not some random.

    the first ten wont care about traffic coz its free advertising also the rest even if they get the 1euro section will be in the high section because there is noone else to advertise so its a low cost.

    as to how i will get traffic , i have a plan to do it, if it fails all costs will be returned (if i close site )

    As far as i am understanding here, you offer the ten prople free and then charge other followers.Right? What will they get from these ads? Is there any plan for good traffic or followers?Thanks!
    what they will get from the ads will i hope so popularity as said if they site fails the money for the rest will be returned.
    I have a plan but its still under constraction ofcourse i will not charge people without a plan or even start the site..
