Whats Happening Over At NetFirms??

Netfirms has been my favorite domain registrar for the past year or so. The customer service was excellent although hardly ever needed. Good prices and good communication.

The past two months however have been a NIGHTMARE!

Everytime I try and register a new domain in the past 2 months it never ends up going through - I'm always on with support multiple times while they transfer things from department to department - been waiting on my last domain for almost 4 days now - keep being told that it will be registered within 3-4 hours.

My paypal has been billed multiple times for the same domain and Last tuesday I was charged to my credit card for 9 domains and I can't figure out what the heck they even are!

The support has been absolutely terrible on many occasions over the past two months trying to sort all of this out.

When trying to find out information about the domains that were just charged to my credit card I've gotten absolutely nowhere in 48 hours and when I threatened to file a complaint with my credit card company they threatened to suspend my entire account! Amazing!

They've obviously got some major issues happening over there with their registration process etc...

Anyone else having these issues or am I just extremely unlucky?
