|  Can anyone assist with action popup not working?
Hello there, I recently purchased action popup and I've uploaded it and done what I needed to do for one of my blogs and also a html page (that one was done by someone more of an IT expert etc) and both of us can't get it to be showing??? Can anyone assist with this? Thanks very much. colleen |

Yep you guys got it right... I got sick while on vacation, as soon as I got over being sick, I got food poisoning... I've been throwing up this week. Colleen, the only support request I got from you wasn't directly from you, it was from Judy K. just last night. I need about 24 hours to answer my e-mails, and anything that involves tweaking a WordPress theme or a page takes longer since that is going "above and beyond" and sometimes takes hours... which I should be charging for, but I'm not. Did you guys try the troubleshooting checklist in the PDF? Tried it on a very simple blank page with very simple popup code? Usually it's something simple like other JavaScript interfering or broken HTML. From my point of view, you e-mailed me and then 1-2 hours later posted on the WF saying you didn't get a response... that's not fair. Until I can get around to taking a look, the popup works on the default WordPress theme, it works on robertplank.com, it works on michelfortin.com and on hundreds of other WordPress and non-WordPress sites. "GoldenEye" ... I don't see your name in my list of pending support issues either. I'll get back to you soon Colleen... |
