I'm confused about autobuildit pricing (no, I'm not an affiliate)...

The different pricing says...

(mid-level) "3 websites" -- but then is says "Unlimited pages"
(top level) says "5 websites" -- "Unlimited pages"

I tried looking through the faq, but I didn't see the answer to that apparent discrepency.

I'm sure there's a simple explanation -- but I can't figure it out.

Please adivse.

Thanks!

Simple explanation to me seems that you can build so many websites, but unlimited amount of pages on each website.

Yes - but if each page can have its own url (naturally), and a redirect can "mask" that long url to look as if it is the (other) domain name in the nav bar, doesn't the ability to have unlimited "pages" amount to the same thing as being able to have unlimited "sites?"

The page that is *actually* called domain1.com/page12 can be set up so the domain name domainTWO.com can redirect to that "page" + the visitor will think they are on (just-plain) domainTWO.com (will show as that in their nav bar -- "masking").

So, if that's the case, it has the overall effect of making unlimited "sites." --- No?

Not really. Because for each site, you'll have different links. You are not using link1.com/superlink on link2.com/superlink. You could, but it makes no sense as it seems to be building salesprocesses for you. And usually salesprocesses are tailored to 1 specific domain.

I guess I'm just looking at it for making really slick 1-page squeeze pages.

Any ideas on another FULL-FEATURED way to make very slick looking video squeeze pages --- without the MONTHLY fee (just one-time fee)???

    Please advise.

I just want the slick bells + whistles + look... as it pertains to 1-page squeeze pages ONLY. But I REALLY don't wanna be paying monthly!

    Thanks!

PS: What are poeple supposed to do if they want more than 5 sites using autobuildit? Just curious.

I don't know what your skillset is. What I started to do lately is look for slick looking templates, buy them and then hire someone on odesk to modify them for me. I get the best looking pages in that way.

Another thing you can do is look at either profits theme or optimize press. I personally would prefer Profits Theme. I own both. And I think it's just easier to use.

Optimize Press does look better. I just don't think it's as user-friendly as Profits Theme.

    Btw:

Optimize Press could've been changed. But I haven't looked at it for AGES. I used Profits Theme till I started with modifying good looking landing pages I'm buying from sites.

I would agree with JK here. I have profits theme and it lets you do video squeeze pages, has sales graphics you can click in for sales pages and guarantees and buy buttons etc and best of all it allows multi level memberships and also drip feeds content.
Very cool WordPress membership, product launch and squeeze page theme rolled into one.

A good looking site will give me credibility -- whether I deserve it or (ahem) not.

Conversely an amateurish looking site will kill all credibility -- people DO judge a book by its cover, unfortunately.

Idk. Profits Theme vs Optimize Press didn't effect conversions 1 bit. The difference is not THAT huge.

But Profits Theme vs modifying templates I bought did give me a slight increase in conversions. Plus I just like the look and feel a lot better. It's moving more towards brand marketing, where I was purely a direct marketer before.

In my understanding, you can build only 3 sites with unlimited pages and up to 5 sites with unlimited pages. Did I miss something?

        Hello,

I'm brand new to this so this is my first post. I too was looking into buying autobuildit.

They just came out with a free "upgrade". The $97/mo. choice was upgraded from 5 sites w/unlimited pages to unlimited sites w/unlimited pages, free flowplayer licenses for each site, and amember pro membership license also.

I want this, but I don't want the monthly fee. Of course the $97/mo for unlimited sites is only for a limited time. I'm thinking about this.

What I like: cool looking site and very easy to create.
What I don't like: If you decide to move your website, you can't. It'll be hosted on their servers and you can't transfer. So if your site is making money, you won't want to move it. You're stuck using them. . . and stuck with the monthly fee.

Anyway, just my thought. I'm still contemplating. . .

I must admit that the new 'unlimited sites' option is very tempting. I'm also interested in hearing from any current users. I'll probably jump on the deal anyway and if I don't think it's worth it, just cancel.

              Hi ,

OK here's my experience so far, purchased AB it about 3 days ago via an affiliate offer

From JP - ethiccash as I liked the bonus offer he had and was happy with the now unlimited site deal for $97pm for autobuildit.

Purchase etc all went well but once I got my log in info for autobuildit and set up domain for first site I found there was no way to edit site as no clickable buttons showing contacted support but so far no reply I did hope it was just because purchase was over a weekend (see support note below) but its Monday evening in the UK now and still nothing .

So in my mind Buyer beware - at least it's Click Bank so I should be able to get a refund if no reply in next 24 hours.

JP - ethiccash - Got reply to e mails regarding bonus offered - Thank You :-)

Aoutobuildit - No reply to 3 x support e mails so the below from there site is a joke in my view.

What type of support will I get after joining?

You'll get access to our 24/7 support desk. The average response times for submitting a ticket are less than 1 hour! What's more, your query is routed to a knowledgable technical team the first time around, so that means no more run-arounds from clueless staff! Any queries you have are answered fast and easily.

You'll also get access to an array of walk-through videos that are available 24/7 for just about every feature we offer... meaning you'll have someone on your screen, right in front of you at all times, ready to show you step-by-step how to make this system work for you

                Gigsy,

Just curious, over what time frame were your 3 e-mails sent to request support? Have you heard from them yet? I'm interested in this product but a tad skeptical.

                Thanks,

                  Hi Rick,

                  Timeframe was about 2-3 days.

Update is I’ve just had a couple of e mails from Tahir the owner and am now able to get in to work on first site. Seems that for whatever reason my support ticket slipped through the net.

To be fair since his first mail I have had 3 in the last hour answering various questions, still the odd minor hic up but as it’s a new launch/product I am hopefull they will be ironed out.

My plan is to use it for one site only for the first week or two and work out if it’s something I want to use as a long term business tool, I’m conscious that if I use this as a corner stone in my business it’s a cost for life. But if it pays its way then I will happily live with the cost.

Hopefully as it’s a monthly subscription it will grow into a great resource but only time will tell.

                  Hope that helps.

                  Cheers Steve.

I got a prerelease copy, and I liked it so much I am creating a review site.

It is really easy to use, and it has a page template for everything. The only real downside I found is the monthly fee. Other than that, it is totally worth it if you are not a coding expert.

I have been able to copy, paste and modify code to get previous websites to do what I want them to do, but the time I spend trying to write the code, would be better spend making money elsewhere.

I loved the look of this, and it certainly is tempting but the deal-breaker for me is that once I host a site there, I can't move it anywhere else.

Stuff happens. Who knows what might happen in a year or two, either on my side of the equation or theirs?

I like to be in control of my business assets as much as possible. With this setup, I'm not.

And that's why, regrettably, I'm not buying.
