How to deliver a website on flippa

I'm just wondering how a website is delivered to the buyer after an auction is over because i'm planning on selling my website but have no clue how the process works.

They pay you push the domain and give server login or zip the site and send download link.

Ok, i dont even know what half of that means lol. Let's use my site for example. I registered my domain name on namecheap.com Then i used hostgator to upload all of my PLR files. If i were to sell my site, what would i need to provide my buyer with?

ok
1. You sell your website.
2. Then you contact buyer through interface and arrange payment, I use paypal.
3. After you get payment ask how they want it delivered. usually just give them cpanel access then they move it or I charge them hosting. outsource the move at fiverr.
4. There are simple contracts for the high end sales, better safe then sorry.

My advice would be to use escrow.com stay away from paypal as they do not provide protection on "non tangible" items
