Default Strugglers, Newbies, All... Here's a GREAT Message...

I hope y'all find some benefit from this..a great blog post from Chris Rempel that I think needed sharing...

The Most Crucial Factor For Online Success in 2009 Is…

Chris talks about Switch From “Getting” to Influencing., making memorable content/sites/images in your niche that cause you to stamp your authority in the right places.. so true.

He also talks about building systems for leverage, great advice on this topic... and I think my favourite bit was this:

"Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will any substantial business asset, either. BUT, Rome was built as the result of daily progress." - Chris Rempel, 2009

If you don't think this is the appropriate section.. check out the little report button down there

Personally I think this is a very important message to read

Peace

Jay

I second Jay's comment and not just for strugglers and newbies. We all need a bit of a nudge from time to time, or a kick up the pants, or a re-focus.

Excellent stuff.

Thanks Jay. It's a very important message to remember. I'm one of those people that doesn't have a lot of time for IM - maybe someday - so I'm building up a few sites on a couple hours of work a day. Sometimes it is difficult because you definitely don't see results right away... but when I look back and see that each month the sites do a little better it is all worth it.

Yes. I do recommend all strugglers and newbies spend a tremendous amount of time on a labor of love web site. Build it and they will come isn't just for movies, it works on the Internet too! Spend hours each day writing that memorable content to stamp your authority on your niche. Work hard on making videos and other complex content. Your regular readers will appreciate all of your hard work for free on their behalf. Give before you get and all that.

And don't forget to use Twitter along with StumbleUpon and Digg and other popular social referral methods as the primary method to bring traffic to your site. Google isn't a reliable way to get regular readers and traffic from there only increases your bounce rate. Only get links to your site from other sites that help you build your brand.

Oh, and when this doesn't work for you, don't complain. The problem is that you just didn't follow the system right or that you were lazy.
