I wander what would be the best ways to build links
to a page on youtube where your promo video resides.

e.g. youtube.com/watch?v=xxcTpnjXbrxx

How to build links to such page in order to
get good results in google?

    Such as : articles,
    Social Book Marking,
    Blog Posting
    Blog Commenting,
    Paid Posting (what ver that new term is called)

    The usual list of culprits will work very well..
