If a site got hacked and Google Indexed, will Google eventually update to what it used to be if the site was cleaned up and put back the way it was?

    Yes, If you are continually adding and modifying new content. Google will update their database.

    There's some place in Webmaster Central to request that they look at it again if they have put the warning on it that it may be "an attack" site.
