Facebook plugin to integrate optin and like

Does anyone know of a plugin which allows you to set LIKE US as an action on an optin form? It would be awesome if we could collect names and emails into aweber or mailchimp and get people to like the page as an action.

Any alternative solutions are much appreciated

    I'm not aware of any plugin that can do this. What you can do is when someone opts-in, you stay active in sending out emails. In the signature area of your email, you can add a facebook icon that they can click on and they will be lead to your fan page. Another is you can manually add a like button near the opt-in form. I think on top of the form is better.
