1. Upload your video
2. Give Good tittle in your video, make good description (Put your links) and related tags (use GKT)
3. Ping (pingomatic, pingoat) and give backlink (social monkey, bookmarking,etc) your video
4. and booms, your video get good rankings in youtube and google.

    yes you can, but you must give more backlink on your site (very tired and spend your money), but on page seo can help you to easy page one seo.

    there is no easy and fast way to get top on the search engine . you need to work on it for a time and it depends upon you competition that one has... so saying easy and fast way to rank one on google is not correct..

      Have you tried doing this?

      There are a lot of people that rank YouTube videos, press releases, Scribd documents, and other things within a few hours.

      Since Google loves these types of things, its a lot easier to get these ranking fast than a brand new site.

    This is on the basis of results that I have got

    1) Create a fb page and twitter page, link them to your webpage, get around 700-800 followers using twiends.com and get some around 100 fb likes.
    2) Social bookmark each of your page regularly.
    3) Create few youtube videos.
    3) Build linkwheels.
    4) Reverse engineering - Find where your competitor is building their links.
