    I can not point a particular host but if a host offes recurring commission (usually they don't), HOSTING is the best industry for an affiliate to get monthly recurring commission.

    Not had too much experience with this but in the short time my blog has been running I have found Aweber aoutorespoder service to be good. Pays monthly and in my opinion people are not that likely to stop there service.

    I agree that webhosting and autoresponder are the best ones. That is why I am starting and setting up my webhosting and autoresponder business as I found they can give lifetime commission to affiliates.

    Interesting question.
    Philosophically the state of "best converting recurring billing" product should be asked together with: "...that no one knows about yet".

    Because if everyone knows about it - then it becomes impossible to promote due to the competition as well as due to the fact that most paying customers are already subscribed for it.

    So whatever the answer is - it's too late to promote it to make any money to speak of
