I have crawling around filippa quite a lot, but the main factor of high end bid price for a site is the site revenue. Does people really corncered about traffic, niche and other factors?
I have done quite a research, read some ebooks about site flipping, but some said that It does not actually depends on the site revenue but,how quality is your site and your site potential. Can someone explain little further for me.
Confused....

People on Flippa are primarily looking for revenue producing sites. Adsense sites sell really well if they are making an Adsense income.

    Hi,

A common formula to calculate value is monthly revenue X 10... or more. It seems that most don't put a lot of value on the site potential.

Yeah buyers on Flippa tend to value Adsense sites highly. Clickbank and CPA sites also do well if they are generating revenue. I'd say that the quality of the site is less relevant than the revenue the site is bringing in, unless the seller is offering a "turnkey" website that is built for you but not bringing in any traffic or revenue yet.

It's all about the money, folks! Buyers don't care what a site or blog looks like, to a point, as long as the revenue is big enough, consistent and passive. 3 key ingredients to getting the big bucks.

My suggestion is to get as much targeted traffic as you can, either paid or free, and make sure the conversion rate is high. Not so easy to do but if it was everyone would be a millionaire, right? )
