Could these companies not sue marketers for doing this?

Hey Gang, quick question that's been boggling my mind...

Every now and then I see products launched with names like "Make Money with FacebookFanpages" or "Quick Google Cash" and they'll have domains like Facebookprofits.com quickgooglecash.com etc.

AND then on their ecovers they will actually have a Facebook logo or Google logo etc.

What I'm wondering tho...couldn't Facebook / Twitter / Google come after these product creators legally for using their Trademarks in the domain name and/or using their logos on the product covers?

Just seems some marketers would be setting themselves up for problems doing so?

Could they? Probably. Will they? Not likely. There is the cost of going after these sites, there is the bad PR they'd get from going after these sites, and let's not forget that many of these systems promote use of said products. Google handles these people in a completely different way... adjusting their algo's in order to make their methods obsolete.
