What's your strategy for browsing the Warrior Forum?

Hi everyone,

I don't mean "on your PC or on your friend's laptop".

I mean, do you look mostly at the latest threads?

Or do you look through posts of members who have shown themselves consistent or are known to be expert in the area you are investigating?

Do you look at mostly the new stuff?

Or do you mine through the old stuff for the golden nuggets?

Alex.

    Hi Alex,

I usually just skim the subjects for something that catches my eye. I don't usually care who posted it.

I spend most of my time in the main forum and the success forum. Sometimes check out the copywriting forum.

I also often skim the WSO forum, just in case. I sometimes find some interesting stuff in there.

    Curt.

I will usually scan the subject line for interesting topics first. Then I scan the righthand side to see if any of my favorite posters have made a post to that thread.

If the subject interests me, or one of my FPs has made a reply I'll look at it.

After a while you tend to see the same thread topic over and over and over again.

I'm just waiting for the subject line to be:

"Watch Me Ask For Product Support While I Watch A Watcher Bash Clickbank And Spam Their Affiliate Link While Complaining About Their Last Thread Getting Deleted On How To Make $10,000 In 1 Week While Asking If Anybody Is Really Making Money Because They Haven't Made Any Yet Because They Try Too Many Things And Can't Focus While They Try To Monetize Keywords By SEOing Backlinks To Craigslist But Hostgater Keeps Screwing Them Worse Than Google Proving Article Marketing Sucks More Than PayPal And Who The Hell Does Allen Says Think He Is Anyway"

I'll probably reply to that thread...

        Too funny, Killer Joe

I go to the main internet marketing page and check out threads that look interesting but never seem to get past the first page. I'm usually viewing from my iPhone at work or in the car. Then sometimes go to the WSO forum, but don't go there every day because every time I go there money leaves my paypal account! LOL

I simply go straight to Main Internet Marketing Discussion Forum

The just scroll and open links I want to read in new tabs. Sometimes I get lost in the amount of tabs I have open

    this place is addictive.

I usually look for subjects that are of interest to me. The author was not top priority to me, but now that you brought it up I think I will pay more attention to it.
    Thanks!

Check My Sig For the <!--ULTIMATE WF STRATEGY GUIDE-->

    Joke.

I normally just read the bold ones, then I check the dude who's trying to make $100/day in Adsense in the SEO Forum.

I also lurk in the copywriting forum...but don't have enough nous to contribute.

I haven't done this actually, but really interested in joining the war room, I heard every thread there is gold.
Probably will save my time browsing the forum looking for valuable posts.

Really want to join in the next few days.

      Hi Alex,

I always skim new posts in " Main Internet Marketing Discussion Forum" and "Warrior Joint Ventures".

I check who an author is - but tend to read what threads are relevant or intersting.

      ...Aaahhh

Generally have something in mind, so I do a search for it. Then usually a thread catches my eye and I end up spending an hour going through some threads. It is not time wasted because I *always* find gold.

Can I get an affiliate link to the War Room? I claim second tier on this one.

This is great. I tend to skim through certain forums, opening everything that looks interesting in tabs and then work through the tabs, although I always seem to bite off more than I can chew....

I've also found some really good stuff looking at all posts by a certain author. You know, when you find the post that makes you immediately dive for the "thanks" button - check out what else that person had to say. In my experience, people are remarkably consistent this way and I've found really great info looking at the buried posts of those who shine.

I hit the "New Posts" button. Let's say there are 249 posts since I last checked, I'll then scan down quickly and for each post that looks interesting, I'll hold the control key down and then click the post. Usually it takes 10 minutes to do this for 300 messages.

Once done I'll have a variety of tabs open to various subjects. I tend to open posts with descriptive headlines and ignore vague or curiousity type headlines. Definitely avoid most bitch and moan threads.

Other days I just Mark Forums Read and start over. Can't keep up with WF. It's bigger than all of us...
