Help with new website ideas

Hey guys, wanted to see if someone can maybe give a few ideas as to what new site to start. My main goal for the site is to not actually sell anything, I want to make the money with Adsence and other advertising. I want to create something that would drive a lot of traffic on a daily basis. If anyone can give some good ideas that would be great.

I was thinking of a rating site. Like "rate my pic" for example.

    Ok, well the first thing I will tell you is focus on maximising your conversion then, your traffic efforts will give you the best ROI. For conversion news and information look up Erich Graham the conversion doctor, he has losts of free videos that will help you!

    That is the best advice, traffic with zero conversions is just a waste of time!

    Course helps to have even a idea for the site before you can think about maximizing the traffic or conversions.

    Idea's all over, thats up to you. See what's out there, what seems to be working. Would help if it's something you enjoy. Maybe you could do some thing that's hot in a better or different way?

    Maybe a "video of the day site". Have someone create a script that pulls the most popular video at each of the major video sites and lists them on your site (with tags and meta info) and allows visitors to rate/vote. Monetize with Adsense or dynamic affiliate links based on content, like Clickbank Adrotator.
