What can i do to get some good money before christmas with only a domain and hosting?

Hi warriors at the moment I can only afford to get hosting and a domain, I would like to know what can I do to get a nice amount of income before Christmas without paypal, any money investment(except domain and hosting) and something that also pays by direct deposit or check or anything except for paypal?

If you're not willing or able to invest anything in this project, you better have some serious SEO skills if you expect to make anything out of it.

Probably the best thing to do is to pick the hottest toys of the Christmas season and build a keyword rich site around those toys. Put honest, clear reviews and then have in-text links to affiliate offers like the ones in Commission Junction (who will pay by check, by the way). That's what I would do.

Build a blog around hot-selling items for the holiday. Electronics and video games are good. When promoting electronics, go for the expensive stuff. When promoting a video game, it's also a good idea to cross promote a gaming console to use the game on. They are expensive and will really boost your commissions. You can go to google.com/products and scroll down the page to see some of the hottest-selling items this week.

    Good luck,
    Joey

I got asked that very same question directly a couple of times this year too. Also, last year. And the year before.

    Here is the problem.
Judging by your previous Threads you don't seem to take the advice people have given you. It looks like you are jumping from one method to another.

    You need to focus.
Also use the forum search function more often. The free info on this Forum is enough to get you started and keep you busy for a long time.

    Cheers

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

  • You should place Christmas related products on your web site for selling. In this case should join to affiliate programs (which doesn't use paypal) and add the products from to your website. But I guess the Christmas niche is too much competitive and you would have a big stuff to be done.

Find what people search for Christmas and choose targeted domain name, for example "gift for christmas" dot com. Then put affiliate product related to christmas on your website. The affiliate product that paid by check of course if you don't want paypal

Your Goal: $500+ in under 50 days

Your Criteria: Direct Deposit or Check Payment & Limited Start Up Funds

My Suggestion: Visit the "Offline Forum" and check out threads like...

          http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...knowledge.html

          http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...hen-table.html

          http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...ney-today.html

          http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...st-3years.html

There are lots of 5 star (aka generally considered of quality and useful by readers) posts. Just go to the forum and click on "rating" and the forum will sort by the top rated posts first. Do the same for other sub-forums until you find something you can take action on. Get a few local business clients and get them to pay you by check.

Additional Idea: If you've got a bunch of stuff someone else might find useful try selling through CraigsList. Not all that glamorous but it can make you a few $.

Save on Hosting: You can also save a bit on hosting by using providers such as byethost.com

          HTH,

    Sell something.

Whatever it may be, try selling yourself. Do some Web cam modelling.

All I could think of OP. Good luck

If you have any skills that you can market on fiverr.com, you could use your site to promote your skills and put a gig on fiverr.com or even odesk.com or other freelance sites.

I would probably say the same things mentioned here:

    - Build a Christmas-related site with affiliate offers that satisfy your payment method
    - Sell your services or physical products if on such sites as fiverr, odesk, elance. In addition, I would add craigslist.

If you sell services and make them related to Christmas - this looks a better way to go for me.

    Good luck!

It would be of help if you could tell us a bit about your skill set.

500 bucks starting from scratch without PayPal and in 6 weeks is tough. Not having PayPal leaves a WSO out, which is too bad as it appears that we have a "scholar" in the house today whom I'm sure could teach you everything you'd need to know (despite having 10 posts and not being a War Room member).

Seriously, ClickBank is not likely to do the trick, unless you have an existing mailing list of responsive buyers or a highly trafficked website - judging from this and other posts you've made I suspect this isn't the case.

I think your best bet is something local, where your customer pays by check or cash.

If you have skills in putting together a website (WordPress or otherwise) you could find a local business that needs a site and build it for them.

If you have SEO skills then find a business who needs help ranking and provide them a package.

I'd suggest offering to train someone in IM, but I see you have actually asked for that yourself in another thread where you ask for a mentor.

Bottom line - do a local job for the 500 and get your PayPal fixed at whatever cost - you won't be able to make serious online money without a payment processor. Even if it means baking cookies as Christmas gifts this year. If you play your cards right and build a solid IM business Christmas 2012 could be a very merry one indeed for you.

    Best of luck

    Bill
