How many sales have you made?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey everyone, I am aiming to make 10,000 sales on my product an average of 30$ per sale. I was wondering, have any of you experienced this large amount of sales before or even better? If so, how much money has it generated you and where are the sources (search engines, affiliates, blog, etc) mostly from? Share your success here!

I just want to get some basic ideas from my fellow warriors and also see what I am up against!

I'm with Kalyken. A list is definitely helpful if you want to reach a majority. I wouldn't say its a requirement. Because if a product is REALLY good, people will just simply share it.

Sharing is amazing.

For example, I bought a product a while back. Never heard of the owner, the idea wasn't anything amazing, but he presented himself to me in such a manner that I connected. The product itself was great, so I shared it with 3 of my other friends.

Guess what is was? FlexSqueeze. The god of all themes lol. I couldn't imagine using any other theme now. So in that instance, he's receiving a ton of free promotion, just because people like and share it.

  In fact, I already worked on a list with a freebie and introduction course on my product. I am often giving valuable tips, info and freebies to my subscribers in my list while promoting credible affiliate products to them to build my income.
  
  So far has anyone had big success in terms of generating huge sales? Very curious to know :p

I agree with Justin and Kalyken-

Before launching your product, Make a squeeze page and give them a free report or something related to your niche, obtain your targeted visitors email address. Since you are planning to get 10K sales then collect atleast 50K emails..

If things worked well you will get tons of sales

50k emails is a lot! If I am in luck I might get more than 10,000 sales if my conversion is good, probably will generate me an additional fold for every time I repeat this.

Anyone else had big success with generating sales? I am all ears!
