How to make money if your subscribers are not about I.M niche?

Hi following warriors,
As we know, if our subscribers are interested in I.M niche, we can earn more $$$ by driving them to I.M products, WSOs and something similar... but i see lots of guys building lists that are not about I.M niche (such as weight loss niche). I want to know that how to make money if the subscribers are not about I.M niche?

You can direct the subscribers to CPA offers, Clickbank products, physical products, etc. related to their niche

  You could ask your subscribers about what they want to know, then either find a product that fits into what they are looking for, or better yet create the product yourself.

When building your list you will most likely be giving away a free ebook or course or something to build that list. The niche or subject of the book or info you use on your site and your giveaway determines your target subscribers. So there is no need to try and sign up people interested in health and vitamins and then try to sell them a clickbank offer on SEO principles. Build different list based on what industry you want to work in

I would say stick to I.M even though its competitive you know money is being made and that's one of the first things to look for when choosing a niche.

The same ...

... but much more easily than in the "IM niche" (it isn't actually a niche: it's a market, and a big one), and without most of the problems which people trying the IM market experience, for all the reasons that make starting out in that market the single commonest mistake that people make, and the main reason why most of them don't make a living.

By building relationships and establishing credibility, so that your list-subscribers built from your targeted traffic will buy on the strength of your recommendations, because they trust you and know that you've already "provided real value".

  It's not any different in other markets. Most people flock to IM because the products/commissions are easy to find.. When they go outside of IM, the only thing way they can think to monetize is by throwing adsense or somewhat unrelated affiliate offers up.
  
  In my area there is a show called GardenSense Radio. The guy knows a lot about gardens, yards, trees, etc. He basically just answers people's questions all show. And when he makes a suggestion, people listen.
  
  Of course, he actually knows what he's talking about and he's dealing with people that are extremely likely to buy what he's selling.
