any JING users having trouble recording video all of a sudden???

It keeps crashing on me when I try to record my screen.

This JUST started happening yesterday.

Now I can't record anything and was wondering if anyone else is
dealing with thtis crap too.

And more importantly, if you were able to get it working and what you did.

    i guess I'm the only one in this forum that uses Jing and cant record videos.

      It's funny that you posted this...

      I downloaded Jing for the first time this morning and haven't been able to get it to work at all.

      I started a recording that stopped itself after 10 seconds. When I tried to play it, there was a black bar across my screen.

      Not sure if you are having the same problem as me.

      Unfortunately, my first experience with Jing isn't a good one...

      I sticking with Screenflow!
