The buyer of a site i just sold on flippa asks me to split the escrow fees.
Is that the way it goes usually? Or they have to take the fees?

Keep in mind i have $75 sucess fee to pay to flippa and $70 for the listing itself

The standard is to split fees.

Sometimes the buyer or seller will pay them in full, but as it's a service that benefits both parties splitting it is always the best option.

Flippa will ask the seller what they want to do about the fees when they create the listing. He has the option to split them, pay them, or have you pay them. Just shoot the seller an email and he'll tell you what he chose.

This is wrong. This used to be the case with SUCCESS fees, but this changed about 6 months ago now and the seller is always responsible for success fees.

Escrow fees are a separate matter and are negotiable once you start the Escrow process.
