Help with my future website..

Hello warriors!!

In 7 month from now I am going to release a new website that can change your life and make your daily surfing in the internet much easier. The service is going be FREE!! .

I want to know from your experience which is the best way to distribute my website that everyone going to know about it.

Again this is a FREE service so it has a huge value for every person that use internet in a daily basis.

Do I need to find the big guys with huge email list and ask them if they can send email about my service?

I know that SEO is important and I will do it. But I really want to catch the people with the big email list cause this is a big value also for them to send update about a new service that really help everyone on daily basis.

Please any advice?

    Well, first and foremoste if you approach anybody, make sure that you explain what your service is about... from the explanation above, it can be all and nothing.

    People don't like to be in the dark when it comes to promoting products.... ESPECIALLY when it's "THE" next thing ("... of today", I'm tempted to add )

      I understand what you say . of course i will tell the person about my service first . I also want him to test it first but i am sure he will understand the value of this. I just want to know if its a good idea to contact this guys ans let them know about my new service.

        If you can't be specific about your website, we can't be specific about the marketing approach.

        Think about it for a moment...

        If I call up a car mechanic because I have a problem with my car, which is better:

        "Hi, my car is broken. Tell me how I fix it?"

        "Hi, my car's engine is smoking and I noticed the water valve connecting to the radiator is broken. Tell me how I fix it?"


        This is what Konrad is trying to get across.


        What if your website was pornographic, and we didn't know this, and we suggested you go door to door advertising it as your marketing method????

    yeah, defo more details needed here...

    but as a list owner I'd also have to point out that you need to make it interesting for the guys with big lists to promote your site...

    what do they get out of it?

    you've got to look at it from their perspective and try and show a benefit to THEM if you want this kind of support from peeps you don't even know.

    I would start contacting players in your industry and interview them, this is a great way to start building relationships with key players in your industry so further down the line you can ask them to mail for you.

    you'll definitely have to provide some kind of
    well defined benefit to the list owner.
    Try to develop incentives for a list owner
