I've noticed what I think is a disturbing trend recently with some highly successful WSOs.

The trend is that after the WSO closes the creator stops checking the thread and stops responding to any questions/concerns voiced by the users of that WSO.

Do you think the WSO creator should continue to monitor a Closed WSO for at least a few weeks after they close it?

To me, it's somewhat troubling to see multiple pages of "this part isn't working," "no response to my support email," "where is the promised ....?" type comments and NOT see the original creator piping in anymore.

    The WSO thread is not meant for support purposes - it's meant for sales.

    So if there is an issue with a product the customers should contact the product creator's support desk.

    It's rather disturbing to find people asking support questions on a WSO thread.
