STUCK - Please help with Niches

Hi All,

I'm really stuck here. I have all the skills to build a niche site but I can't find a resource that will allow me to know what niches to build? I'm looking to make high quality startup sites that I can flip.

I go to google adwords tool and I find tons of keywords but I don't know the formula to know if that is a hot niche to target that will sell well.

I can write the articles, setup the site, adsense, affiliate stuff. But I'm stuck knowing what to build my sites around. What topics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

    What I do is look through yahoo answers and ezinearticles categories and see what people are asking. Usually if there are a lot of people asking for solutions to the same problem, or a lot of people are writing about similar things, then the niche is profitable.

    The best internet marketers find niches that no one thought of before. Experiment and test... all the niches you choose will not all be winners.

      Google Trends is a good way to judge what's popular in today's market. If you find a product on there, try to market it as an affiliate and see what you can come up with. One of my friends sells all kinds of toys for a high profit by figuring out which ones are the most popular and trendy among kids these days, and you could be doing that too if you were able to slip into the right toy category at the right time. Try looking into it and see how it goes.
