i am based in uk if i looking to build niche web site purley for uk market!!



on my long tail keyword domian for example "DOG TRAINING"

Do i say?

DOG TRAINING UK.COM OR .NET OR .ORG

OR JUST GO FOR

DOG TRAINING.CO.UK



you thoughts please

    Hi Salaka,

    Since your target market is based in the UK, it makes sense to use .UK. I have some sites with other extensions but I do have one site that is .CO.ZA because my target market is South Africa.

    Because you are based in the UK, the best bet would be to go for YourDomain.co.uk. Though it's best for you to stick with a .co.uk TLD, it may be useful to note that compared to .net and .org domains, .com domains are generally considered about 10 times more valuable.

    I would use .co.uk to target the UK market. You could probably rank either with the proper SEO, but .co.uk is very targeted to the UK market

      but would you put "uk" end of your domain as well "dogtraininguk.co.uk"

        No. I wouldn't. The extension is already UK targeted.
