I request for reviewers was deleted, what rule did I violate...

INTERNET MARKETING

I posted a request for reviewers for an upcoming WSO, in this forum. It was deleted almost immediately. I know I have read such requests before, so was there a rule change I am not aware of? Can someone advise me of what rule I broke to get this review request out there. Can someone tell me how I am to get reviews if I can't ask for them in the forum?

I am just a bit confused and would like to understand what I did wrong.

  I wasn't arguing with you, I was not aware of this rule. I have seen these requests previously, so I was surprised. I had not seen the rule so was unaware of it. I did thank you for pointing it out to me.

  That's how I look for beta testers as well.
  
  Imagine everybody creating a topic asking for reviews of an upcoming WSO. Nice method to get some free publicity before a launch - guess this "rule" is here to prevent that
