popup problems help programmers?

I have an exit popup on my site so when their mouse goes toward the exit button it pops up. The only problem is i have a youtube video that autoplays (important) but if they go to exit where the youtube video is on the screen the video blocks a portion of the popup almost like its behind the video.

Ive noticed a decrease in optins since this has happened.

The only way to see the popup is if they scroll down so the video cant block the popup. I want to popup to show OVER the video.

Anyone know if this is an easy fix?
