Setting up a squeeze page?
I'd like to build a squeeze page to offer a free e-book and build a list.
Just a one-page thing, hosted at it's own domain, built using Wordpress.
Are there any free resources or templates that would be useful? I'm also a War Room member if anyone has any resources there they can point me to?

I did sign up today through Fiverr for a squeeze page builder - but the service only lets you host them at their site. This doesn't work for me as I have a lovely exact-match domain ready for it and the re-direct would spoil my ranking.
