Today I have open a PayDotCom account, but I am seeing that my balance is negative $10. Can anyone tell me what's the reason. Is there any hidden charge in PayDotCom? Can anyone please guide me how to use PayDotCom successfully? And may I know what is the most easy + risk free + reliable + less expensive platform to sell digital product. Thanks in advance. OSW

"If your account says -$10 (note the negative sign in front) it means you have a credit of $10...you don't owe that."

I agree, ClickBank is by far the best. I just Googled this, and while I can't find a reason, you aren't the only one experiencing this. It seems like everyone who signs up has a -$10 balance for some reason. I don't know if its a hidden charge or what.

If you had typed in "paydotcom negative $10" and clicked on the first result from their official website you would have seen the post I linked to.

Hey Chase Watts their answers is not clear. I am quoting from them... please put some clarification of these...

"No, it's a credit of $10 for your fees." @steven what does it mean? could you please explain it a bit broadly?

"It happened to me too. This means first $10 income is deducted?" @ohmohm what happened then? they deducted that $10 from your 1st payout?

Can anyone please explain it a bit broadly. Why PayDotCom guys don't clarify this? What does it mean actually?

It's a credit of $10 towards any fees you build up, like a $10 gift card towards your transaction fees.
