Looking for an Event Calendar Script

INTERNET MARKETING

Guys looking for some recommendations here. I want to build a database/calendar of events.

Something like

Marathons in Nearby States on Consecutive Days

or

TheSCHEDULE.com - powered by AllSportCentral.com

Ideally this would play nice with Wordpress, be searchable, easy to add events and have each event as its own page/post.

Does anyone have any good suggestions that they have been using to build event calendars like this.

I haven't used that specific one but looked at the demo at Events Manager Demo Site | Just another WordPress site and don't see anything special in it that free calendars from WordPress's plugin database don't have...

Templatic. has nice one not free but not expensive can test free trial I may be doing local one with it as we have no such site and can be set up fee based.
