Is there software to help me keep track of dozens of sites?

I have dozens of sites in various phases of development and I wish I had one software which can help me keep track of them all and what I need to do next with each site. They're all WP sites. Any advise would be appreciated. I'm crap at Excel

Simple Site Sensei allows you keep all sites in one software and post to them from there. It also makes entering adsense codes faster. You do need to login through wordpress for other tasks. It has just been reopened as a WSO.

WP Checklist Maximizer is a plugin which allows you to keep track of what you need to do next for each individual site.

I'm not sure if either of these will help (these are not my affiliate links).

If you are looking to manage your wp sites on a regular basis then I would have to second manageWP. I have been using it for over 2 weeks now and have placed 15 sites with them for various testing etc. I have to say its very stable and the ease with which I can upgrade/delete/manipulate my plugins and themes en masse will be worth any eventual charge they do have alone. Overall its very slick for what it does, I am still testing and there are a few bugs to iron out but I am in contact with the developers and they have quite a few very interesting features planned so its certainly something to check out.

If its analytics you are after then it would be a statcounter/hypertracker combo to keep track of your traffic and what is working (and perhaps not working) as the case maybe.

I also recommend ManageWP and have been using their service for a couple months now. You setup each site into your main portal, it's really easy to do. I can't remember the exact figure but I know you are allowed up to a certain number of sites for free.

      Well worth a look imo.
