Check this one out Silver Dream Web | Cheapest Wordpress Services (I am not an affiliate of that site) Just found it here in warrior forum, and seems they have a very affordable price.

It would be best to do those things yourself. It's really not that hard, nor time consuming to learn. Otherwise every time you want to make a change...even a little one, you'll be paying for it.
    Just my 2 cents

    Pick a niche you love.

Go look at some blogs, !st pagers only, see how they have set them up.

Write yours useing theirs as a template, place your keywords in it ramdomly to about 2%, for SEO. Make some friends on the forum and ask what they think of your work and else it may need.

That may help get you going for 0 out of pocket.

I echo the suggestion to build your site yourself. It doesn't take long to learn the fundamentals. Going forward you'll be able to take care of your own site.

I learned to build my own sites for this exact reason. I used to own a small local business and paid $3K for a site. I endlessly had to ask my webmaster to add content etc. It was the delay more than the cost that annoyed me.

Being able to build a basic site is almost imperative. If you make big bucks you can hire a great designer to come up with something stunning. But you can get started with a basic template or theme.

If WordPress is too daunting, check out Typepad or online website builders such as Homestead, Webs, Yola, or Weebly. They're dead-simple to use. Although the online website builders cost more than a self-hosted WordPress site - it's MUCH less than hiring a website designer.

There are plenty of templates available. But its my suggestion that you build a blog yourself. It would save some money and you wont require to pay for every single change you want to do.

It's not hard to install Wordpress... you can do that from control panel of your web host... also, search on Wordpress Extend directory for themes that would match your niche or idea... in most cases you can go with general theme, change it a little, add custom header or something like that and should be fine....

Just one warning- only outsource to those with a reputation of gold. Make sure you choose a web designer with a rock solid reputation and who will commit to walking you through the process.

Otherwise, you'll go through what I went through- a vendor who is super responsive when they are trying to win the business. Then, once they receive the business, suddenly become unreachable and/or uncommunicative.

It would also be a good idea to have a mini little contract with whomever you choose. Basically, you need to set out your expectation as to when the product will be delivered. If it is not delivered to your satisfaction by the date agreed on, you receive a full refund.

First of all you'll need to pick your niche and second, I'd use CTR theme or Clickbump. Those two have performed well.

If this is your first site it is a good idea to build your own. You'll learn a lot along the way and won't be at the mercy of outsourcers if you go that way in the future.

In fact most people who are successful with outsourcing do so because they already have their own method of creating sites and just pass on a list of what they want done.

Even if you build your own site it is easy enough to automate or outsource the parts that you aren't proficient in, like graphics/header/ebook design.

I respectfully disagree with your point of view. If, for example, you are a person like me who wants to focus on creating content, why spend hours messing with Wordpress installation? Personally, I find that if I get bogged down in the things I don't like doing, the learning curve is high for me, and I get discouraged and am more likely to quit before I've even begun.

Eventually, though, I think it is a good idea to learn how to manipulate the technology yourself, but for non-techies, outsourcing allows us to hit the ground running. Once we start earning some revenues, then we can play with the technology a little.

I say the same thing with keyword research. It is not an activity I particularly enjoy. For $5 on Fiverr, I can get someone to do it for me.

On the other hand, if you only do the things you enjoy doing, you'll miss opportunities to learn and grow.

I'd hate to see you sleeping in Zuccotti Park with all those other people who thought life should be made smooth and easy for them.

Sure, I totally agree. But if you can get someone to do something for $5 and your time is worth $30/hour, you have to consider how important this lesson for growth is going to be. Especially if you are new to the whole IM game, there is so much to learn, and if you are working a full-time job, I think it just makes sense for most people to outsource the parts that in which they don't have a comparative advantage.

Well, in my case I bought some PLR niche blogs, and first I had to figure out how to FTP the files. Having never used FTP before, that was confusing for me.

Of course, if you already know what you're doing, of course it only takes two minutes. But if you don't even know what Fantastico is, it could take longer.

Okey Dokey ... I'm glad I don't have to rely on fiverr or outsourcers to get things done, but if you're not willing to learn, you're not willing to learn.
