Any Good Squeeze Page Templates?

First of all - hi all, first post here (well, first not related to buying a WSO anyway).

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a list building campaign. I have spent a lot of time (far too much really) putting together a free report to a niche I am sure is hungry (my research certainly suggests so). I have set up a ONO for subscribers and have my first couple of weeks of emails written up already as an autoresponder course. All great advice I learned from reading around this superb forum.

So now I am ready to set it up and buy some solo ads/PPC ads to test the hell out of it.

Now obviously for me to be testing anything I need something to test. Whilst I have some basic programming/design skills they are really only suited to tweaking from an already established base. Is there any good source of template 'squeeze pages' that I can use to tweek as I go?

Ideally looking for templates people have actually tried (I can Google as well as anyone to find the templates but looking for some context). Any sources gratefully received!
