Best tips to sell my website on flippa?

Hello guys,

I am making my first sale on flippa (check my signature) and I want to ask a little bit help from you.

It is going rather well I think.. After 2 days i have already 3 bids and 4 people on Watching list. But I want to improve the visibility of this auction so i am thinking, what more can I do to sell it well on flippa.

What best tips can you recommend me to sell my website well on flippa?

Can you check the description of my website and tell me how i could improve it (or maybe you see something wrong)?

I am also thinking to buy featured listing on the frontpage, when would be the best time to do this?

One more thing, which I am thinking about is about letting my link buyers know via email, that this website is on sale, so maybe they would be interested in buying it. What do you think about it?

Maybe some more tips from you?

I will apreciate your opinion!

    I would list it on the front page the last two days only. It will get a lot more views on the front page, but people do their bidding mostly on the last day.

    I don't see anything wrong with the listing, other than it is a gambling site, so not everyone would want to buy it.

    I promoted some casinos and was making good money from it. Then the affiliate programs told me that, being in the US, they couldn't send me a check or pay via Paypal any longer and I could only redeem my money by playing the money in the casino.

    I did and naturally played it all away and stopped promoting gambling sites.

      Have you tried Skrill (MoneyBookers) as the payment option?

      At this time I still have 3 bids and 8 people on wathching list? Any more recomendations to promote this auction?

    people wait for last day and some even last minuet.

    last day feature it on main page (start low to make sure of getting some bids because that is important as well).

    Avoid mention your reserve price if you got one until you hit a good number (i personally don't release it).

    Accept payment only with Escrow

    Ok, it left only 2 days and at this time I have 4 bids where 1000$ is the highest.

    In few hours i am going to feature it on the flippa.com homepage.

    Do you have any more tips, what could I do the best?

    Another option to get additional traffics...

    You could use Forum Marketing... Make lots of good posts on IM Forums, and link directly the signature with your auction.
