I am new here!

Thanks. I have been looking at IM on and off since 2008 but never really done anything. But now I want to make progress and take some action. I first came across Andrew Fox CB affiliate formula 2 (back in 2008) and now called Nuclear Affiliate. What I gathered is key is building a list and learning how to gain trust and respect. Now I have started researching again I have join the Chris Farrell membership which I beleive will help me a lot and lots of good training info there.

One of my big problems and I starting to fix this is jumping from one product to another. I have already bought nearly $500 of junk over the past month since I started researching IM again. Filtering the wheat from the chaff is a real challenge. There is no quick fix from what I can see like any business you need to work at it. The good news I purchased most through clickbank so I got the refunds.

I have also become a member of the GSC (Global Success Club) and while there is a lot of good personal development and marketing videos in there - I can't say that it is really for me. I cannot see how the $97/month is justified when there is some things that are out of date and not updated and the GSC membership Community forum is now off-line - support say they are working on the issue. So there is no way to communicate with other members - GSC is all about working with others and helping each other grow. Some of the follow-up emails are out of date since the $1 trial no longer applies - so this would undermine conversion rates in theory. Support agreed with this and in need to be updated - but its not for a newbie like me to tell them this. I think the founders are with the very best of intentions with the concept and they have some good information but why promote someone elses product why not promote your own? Also they need to maintain their site better. I have been looking for reviews on GSC (only found ones promoting or praising) not found any that answers my questions so I am going to post my review on the forums here. I will probably give GSC another month if no positive results and the issues in their membership site not fixed then I'll get the refund within the 60 days. GSC has great potential but would be better if it taught people how to make and promote their own products.

I don't want to go on a rampage about products that suck eggs and its best to focus on the positive. Thanks for the advise about the forums I will go through the guidelines and take notes.

Thanks! Yes this is certainly something I've learned so far just remembering to take small steps at a time and not get overloaded with info.
