Facebook CPA APP Offers

I'm thinking of pushing traffic to facebook CPA App offers. Here is an example:

Does anyone have experience with these types of offers?

Here are my main concerns.
- If the traffic completes the associated facebook offer (complete app, add like, download, etc) will the offer always convert or is it like email submits, etc?

- Are facebook cpa leads scrubbed?

    I've never personally done it.

    Is this via PeerFly?

    If so I have been testing them out along with Epic Direct, CJ, Clickbank, AdSense, ShareaSale, and tons of other different strategies lately. CPA's are great and all, but they can also be an annoyance to the people whom signup.

    Find a good, realistic offer, and you're golden.

      I have played with cpa offers for over a year in the past, mostly email subs, etc. never facebook. to me it seems that if a user actually adds the cpa facebook offer and "likes" it, etc, it should convert, that is why i am interested, because I have alot of traffic that will perform the action.

    you can use facebook ads to generate lots of targeted traffic!

    however sometimes facebook wont approve ads to facebook pages with a direct cpa offer, we get round this by having a video and opt in page to out list (which builds our list) then offer the cpa link in a follow up thank you email!
