How to handle this in Wordpress,need some advice from Wordpress experts?

I am looking for a WP plugin which can do the following.
I want promote webshop banners on my WP blog.
Is it possible to create a page where I can add categories and subcategories with text and images.
For example: Phone shops with an Image of a phone or something which has to do with a phoneshop.
When you click on the image or textlink I want to have banners and textlinks of phoneshops.
You know if there is a plugin to handle this?
And I am also looking for a way how to exclude a category from the nav bar and sidebar,is this possible?
