Cross domain rel canonical on aged site
Hello,
Has anyone had experience using a cross domain rel canonical on an aged site pointing to a brand new site.
Here is my question -
Site A has good rankings and authority and site B is brand new with the same / similar content
I want to transfer the authority, and rankings, of site A to site B without using a permanent redirect
Can this be done using a cross domain rel canonical even though site B is brand new?
Has anyone done this?
