ultimate backlink seo question

If you had 1000 unique ip address visitors under your control, and you could use them to create backlinks, do seo, use social media or anything else to improve the rankings of a website in search engines, how would you harness them? What would you command them to do to get the ultimate organic ranking on the serps?

The limitations are that your visitors don't want to make a lot of effort and their attention span is limited. Would you have each one write a blog post and put a link to your site? What is the ultimate way to leavage this huge amount of unique ips?

    Google +, FB likes, Tweets... as all know social media an ultimate power to get interact with millions of people. If your object is interesting then it will definitely increase your visits.

    Make blogs that contains some real experience or have some new info so that user will read it and share it on different sites.
    Make some interesting videos relevant to the topic and upload them to youtube and all sites.
    Do slow link building regularly.
    Try to do mouth publishing as much as possible.
