Which WSO really helped you earn money?

One of the #1 attraction in WF is the WSO page. You can look for what you want, you can research on the market direction, you can research on people's interests, product price, copy, offers...........lots of things. But the WSOs we buy are meant to be for helping us make money. This is the end promise of a WSO.

From my experience I'd say very few WSO I really used after buying. Very few courses on WSOs I really completed. Off course, from all of them I learnt something new and they helped me earn money somehow. But end of the day, very few WSOs really helped me earn money solely.

well, the whole idea behind any technique, method or software etc. is to use them properly and consistently. I can possibly name a number of WSOs that I have bought, that will make money if used properly. I think it is not the WSOs, it is the habit of buying one and then another and then another...but not using anyone of them to the best of its potential that makes the technique fail.

A good question though. I am sure some people will have more opinions/experiences about WSOs.

    Thanks,

Most any WSO method can make you money if you follow through and stay consistent.

I learned most of my methods using free information here on the forums, but there is one WSO I bought that literally changed my thinking on CllickBank sites

SirTom (Tom Ness) has a WSO called the Rapid Affiliate System that was amazing. It helped me get over the information overload that was holding my sites back by walking me through the basic set up, step by step, of my site. It was making me money in only a few weeks and from there I started studying improving my site. His method is solid and perfect for newbies or people struggling because they are trying to do and learn too much.

      Good question.

I've bought a lot of WSOs since the WSO section first started on the old board, had more provided for legal reviews, and the one coming to mind that has directly helped made me the most cold, hard cash was by .X. about sneaky PPC tricks. We're talking six figures. It sold out, but you can contact .X. about his other products.

Second most profitable WSO, only because it is much newer and thus I have not been using it as long, is one of my own WSOs. I won't mention it to avoid being self promotional and it is not in my sig. Easily saved me many thousands of dollars.

Then there have been the valuable strategy guides by Kurt and any one of several WSOs about getting backlinks. Can never have too many backlinks. Especially if the getting means you have to raise your little finger. That disqualifies the idiotic horde and means your backlink sources won't be spammed to death.

Now for the bad news. There's so much garbage in that forum right now it is embarrassing. I have some with tons of reviews and supposedly thousands of sales. You know what? They're really, really generic. Despite many glowing reviews no one ever says they've made money. They're just excited and posting their "review" of how much they are looking forward to it and it looks good.

I saw one promoting how they managed to get 1 website to about $3 per day. Totally generic. It should have been laughed out of the forum. Instead, WSO of the day and morons are promoting it as a way to make autopilot lifetime money because you simply rinse and repeat.

      Simply embarrassing.

My advice: look for something that:

      1. Is by someone reputable, with a real name, with a real website (they're not just selling on the WSO forum), with credibility outside the forum.

      2. Their product has been sold for more than 6 months.

      3. There are reviews from people saying they have put it to use and it made them money.

      4. The money being made is not from the IM niche.

From my experience I'd say very few WSO I really used after buying. Very few courses on WSOs I really completed.
Based on that honest quote and self-assessment it would be very easy to say no WSO will make YOU money because you are lazy not willing to put in the effort, learn something, etc.

When you think about, what skill or expert knowledge have you acquired that was instant and push-button easy?

But, frankly, your WSO problems could also be partly due to the generic nature of so many WSOs. They are not used, and not completed because they're too generic.

The seller's goal was to make more money from selling the WSO than from using the WSO. At least you cut your losses.

Give my criteria above a try. You may be surprised at how few WSOs are left. But that's the point.

One of the best WSOs I ever bought was Kindle Simple System, because it helped me a lot with publishing my Kindle ebooks... but there are few more of them that were pretty good... I believe that most of them can make you money if you follow all the instructions, but be aware because some of them are just reharshed content and all techniques...

despite my enthusiasm for a few wso - none have made me any money - i have made less than fifty bucks with the stuff that i have tried todate - and that is over a long period of time - and i don't think it is for lack of effort - i think most things are just too saturated to do now or otherwise too costly to market effectively

I am not a compulsive buyer, far from it. And buy mostly scripts or something useful for my company. And by "useful" I mean something just as little as a small trick to speed up a process or realize there is a small tweak to be made in one sales process.

I can't tell you the WSO that made me more money, but I can tell you one of the best ever IMO: it was a blueprint for Youtube marketing (can't remember the author), bought it for 7$, and I use it's basis every time I need to hit Youtube - never fails. Really a clever/objective/non temporal approach.

But, among some weird stuff, there are amazing WSO's out there...

I'm involved in the offline market a bit and WillR's WSO about mobile marketing made me money instantly. It's step by step about how to create and market mobile websites. Pretty foolproof.

Haven't really ventured too far into IM WSOs recently. I guess I'm pretty skeptical that they would be helpful considering all of the negative attention a lot have been getting lately.
