    Taking action,that was the hardest for me.

    I thought I knew a lot of things just by reading and learning but I didn't even implement most of the stuff.

    The first step is always the hardest.

    1st it was learning specific aspects, then taking action. It's easy to feel like you need to learn everything first, but to the contrary I think this is why so many agree on the answer so far.

    I'm guilty too. Taken action is definitely a major factor.

    Somebody once explained IM to me like this;

    There are those who pick up pieces as they go and put those pieces to immediate use. Others walk a bit longer, collecting and storing pieces up to compile an overall bigger project.

    Neither are wrong per se.

    The way I interpreted this statement was like so;

    You can start off with a hot dog cart and sling hot dogs, chips, and drinks.

    ~OR~

    You can assemble an entire "All you can eat" buffet style restaurant.

    Ultimately, it's up to you. For me, I fall in the category of the 'latter' and at times, that can be very, very, time consuming and frustrating.

    It also can 'hinder' ones ability to be over-analytical [coughs...clears throat] as opposed to just putting yourself out there, and taking action.

    My advice, pick one thing (i.e. niche marketing, offline services, writing, product creation, SEO, etc...) cause I can tell you first hand, most who do 'stick' with one model start earning faster. Not necessarily more in the long-run, but definitely start covering their expenses sooner IMHO.

    All the Best,

    The hardest part for most people is generating enough consistent new leads to allow their businesses to grow. You can have the best website and sell the best product or business in the world but if you don't know how to get others to find out about it then ZERO money can be made. Lead generation cannot be overlooked.

    The hardest part for me is sticking to an idea. I get so excited about new ideas that I tend to bounce around too quickly without giving enough time and attention to any one idea.

    Sticking with an idea is sometimes difficult for me as well. My first couple of projects didn't go far because I kept thinking I had a better way of doing things. Stick with one idea and ride it til the wheels fall off. Don't keep starting and stopping projects because it will turn into a vicious cycle.
