Wordpress cloning siftware

Hi Troopers

Been window shopping for software which will clone your WP site with all your settings, themes, plugins etc, but they all seem to be $97, seems a bit pricey to me or am I just being tight!! Anybody have any suggestions of something that does the job nicely, but at a keener price????

    I purchased Jason Fladlien and Wil Mattos product WP Twin for this purpose and have never looked back. It has saved me a HEAP of time and being able to make a backup of my blog in literally 1 minute is really good piece of mind.

    I recently had to transfer a whole membership site over to a new domain with members intact, plugins, themes, etc. The whole transfer literally took about 4 minutes and everything was right to go on the new domain.

    I would have paid a lot more than $97 for this software just because of the time it has saved me. I did find this person who is offering a 20% discount on it. This is the actual person I purchased it through:

    I've used Net2ftp which is free. You can download it and install on it your hosting and then ftp what you want to another site and it's pretty quick.

    It's been a few years but if I remember right, after you do the ftp you'll also need to download and modify the WP database using find and replace and insert the new domain that you're installing to and then upload it again.

    How about duplicator plugin? That could also be an alternative.
