If you hired a new outsourced worker whom you could train to do anything, what would you have them do daily to guarantee they make you more money than you're paying them?

I've been thinking about this for a while. I haven't outsourced a lot, ever, however I plan to.

So here it is. I know a few people who have wonderful voices, the kind of voices one could listen to for hours, however they have "regular" jobs that probably pay them no more than $15 or $20 dollars an hour.

I've talked to two of them and asked had they ever thought of "cashing in" on their voice. The answer goes something like, "You are not the first person to mention my voice, however, I wouldn't know where to begin doing that."

I know, working jobs where the max pay is $20 an hour they would be thrilled to make $50 to $75 for an hour's "work."

So I'm planning on having them record some of my eBooks and some others I have MRR to. I know for a fact that I'll make more than I pay for their services.

That's really interesting. So you're going to sell them as audio books? Let me know how that works out George.

Best bang for the buck? A copywriter.

Unfortunately, I don't know how I could train an outsourced worker to write killer copy.

I would say from my experience, it would be writing content(blog commenting, submitting articles, writing articles for blog/site).

I have written for many members on this forum, and they ask for repeat business. More content = more visitors. Its a fact.

First thing why you want to train any outsource worker. Why not hired the experienced outsource worker.

If you need to train someone, then you may use a video tutorial for this purpose.
If you looking for guarantee working, then join Odesk or Elance. they give you screen shoots of qualified working.

    No worry. No tension!

    All the Best!

I use fiverr and get people using tools that they know how to use and i dont need to train them.
That allows me to focus on high quality content creation and conversions.

First of all I'd create a killer product myself, and write a killer salespage that converts. (Maybe I'd hire a copywriter for that). I'd set up an affiliate program paying very generous commissions and making sure I'm offering fantastic visitor values.

Then I'd hire someone to spend 8 hours a day finding and getting in touch with email list owners, website owners, bloggers, paid advertisers, product owners in my market and trying to get them to become affiliates.

I haven't done this (yet) but I'm sure it would be incredibly profitable.

Has anyone done this? Did it work? Did you have any problems?

    Thanks,
    James
